Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the PC game Hold My Helmet (the "Game") and this website (together, the "Services"), developed and provided by XPLOIT FZE (the "Service Provider", "we", "us"), located at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
By installing, accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Steam
The Game is distributed exclusively through Steam. Your purchase, payment, refunds and Steam account are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement between you and Valve Corporation. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Steam Subscriber Agreement regarding purchase and refunds, the Steam Subscriber Agreement prevails.
3. Provision of the Services
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, suspend or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time
- Change game content, balance and online features
- Change the price of the Game or additional content
- Restrict access to online features in case of a breach of these Terms
The Game may be offered in early access, playtest or beta form. Such versions may contain bugs, and progress may be reset.
4. Intellectual property
The Game and the website, including code, graphics, characters, music, sound, text and interface, are the property of the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the United Arab Emirates and international treaties. Your rights to use the Game are described in the EULA.
5. Rules of conduct
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, automation software or unauthorized third-party tools
- Bypass, disable or interfere with technical protection or anti-cheat measures
- Harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post unlawful, hateful or offensive content
- Impersonate other people, including staff of the Service Provider
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in a way that disrupts the Services for others
We may suspend or terminate access to online features for players who breach these rules.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The Services use third-party services, including Steam (Valve Corporation), Unity and Google Firebase. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services
- Inability to use the Services, loss of progress or interruptions of online features
- Actions of third parties, including other players and platform providers
- Incompatibility of the Game with specific hardware or software configurations
9. Age restrictions
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when published on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
