To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

• Your Steam ID or a link to your Steam profile
• Game version (shown in the main menu)
• A short description of the problem and the steps that led to it
• Screenshots or crash logs, if available

Purchases and refunds

The Game is sold exclusively through Steam. Payments, refunds and purchase history are handled by Valve. To request a refund, use Steam Support under Valve's refund policy.

Bugs and technical issues

Before contacting us, please try the following:

1. Make sure your PC meets the system requirements listed on the Steam store page
2. Update your graphics drivers and operating system
3. Verify the integrity of the game files: in your Steam Library, right-click the Game, choose Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files

You can also report issues and share feedback in the Steam community discussions for the Game.

Your data

The Game does not require a separate account and does not ask for your name or email. We automatically collect only technical data needed to run and improve the Game: your Steam ID, hardware and software information, gameplay telemetry and crash reports. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Stop data collection

Uninstalling the Game stops any further data collection.

Request access or deletion

Send a request to hello@xploit.games with the subject "Data request" and your Steam ID. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. If your data is stored by one of our providers, we will forward your request to them.

Data retention

Automatically collected data is kept for up to 24 months after your last activity, after which it is deleted or kept only in aggregated, anonymized form.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at hello@xploit.games to exercise these rights.

Children's privacy

The Game is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Data processing note

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States and the European Union, where data protection laws may differ. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
